We accept returns on items damaged during shipment (see Goods Damaged In Transit/Missing Goods below). Defective items can be returned under the manufacturer's replacement warranty. All unopened merchandise can be returned minus a 20% restocking charge and all shipping charges incurred by Basketball Hoops Unlimited within 60 days of the purchase date. Preauthorization is required for all returns. The manufacturer will pay the return charges for freight damaged, defective items. All other returns must be shipped prepaid.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before being shipped will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after being shipped will be considered a return.
All stated warranties are from the manufacturer and are against manufacturing defects for the original owner with proof of purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace defective items upon their authorized return. The manufacturer will pay ground freight to replace the defective product. The manufacturer is the final say on all warranty matters. The extended rust warranty Basketball Hoops Unlimited includes for the Ironclad, Inc. hoop systems sold on this site only is for rust that causes structural damage to the black powder-coated pole, extension arm and/or upper support braces only. Cosmetic or surface rust or rust caused by damage or normal wear and tear is not included in the warranty. Rust warranty is for the original owner only with proof of purchase.
We use the best truck freight shipping companies to promptly deliver your order right to your curb side. Curb side is defined where the edge of your driveway meets the road. Deliveries are made on weekdays only, weekend delivery is not available. Smaller items may be shipped UPS, FED-EX GROUND or USPS. Most orders will arrive 7 to 10 days from the date placed. We will notify you if there is a rare delay or backorder. Free Shipping and any posted shipping rates are for the continuous 48 US states and parts of Canada only. Goods Damaged in Transit/Missing Goods
Damaged, suspected damaged goods or missing goods should not be signed for until you have noted the damage or missing item(s) on the freight bill. It is your responsibility to file damage/missing claims with the trucking company on all accepted orders when the damaged or missing items were not noted on the freight bill at time of delivery.
